It is hard to believe we only have 8 school days before summer vacation. It is always a bittersweet transition for educators. We are eager to enjoy some much needed R&R, but we know we will also miss our students. To remember these "unprecedented" times of COVID-19, all grades added items to our time capsule. The capsule included notes, memorabilia, and other items. We will invite all students back in 10 years to open the capsule. We have become a strong family during this pandemic and want to continue this relationship well into the future
My upcoming newsletters will be delivered 1 more time in June and one time in July with updates. I will start my weekly letter again in August. I appreciate all the support you have given to us, and your understanding of the challenges the staff and all families have faced. We will miss our 8th graders and the other students not returning to our school next year. Please remember, though you are starting at new schools, you are always welcome at Saint John's. I will be in touch over the summer and look forward to seeing you at the following events: Movie Nights (July 7, August 4 and September 1. Movies start at 6:30 p.m.), Taste of Summer (July 21, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.), and the Little Canada Parade (August 1, 2021). Please do not hesitate to email or call me if you have questions. Have a safe summer! ____________________________ ALL INVITED TO THIS EXITING EVENT:
