It is hard to believe that we are at Mid Trimester already! We have been blessed with beautiful weather most days these past five weeks. Our students have enjoyed as much time outside in the sunshine as possible taking mask breaks, enjoying recess, PE, and other classes. We will continue to go outside even as the weather becomes cooler, so please remind your child to wear their Saint John’s sweatshirt or jackets, along with hats and mittens, when needed.
As we are getting used to the routine after five weeks, a reminder to please continue to complete the Health Screening before you get to school. This helps to keep the traffic moving during drop off and helps us keep school data. If your child is sick, please keep them home and communicate with the front office and teachers when your child will be out of school for illness. The student will be provided make-up homework, not distance learning.
Students or family members who are experiencing COVID-like symptoms, please click COVID-19 Attendance Guide for Parents and Families. In addition, please email Karla Shultz and call 651-484-3038 where we will go over our protocol decision tree, in detail. If we decide your student(s), will be out of school for an extended time, we will provide live instruction virtually during the regular school hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
