Happy Presidents Week, fellow Saint John's Families!
I come to you this evening with exciting news: Thanks to the generous partnership of Green Mill (Woodury), we're able to offer two fish frys this Lent with Curbside Pick-up To-Go. Historically, our Men's Club (which is the largest outside supporter of Saint John's Athletics) fries up fish in our school dining hall one Friday during Lent (which begins tomorrow, February 17), selling out every year to more than 200 guests, but of course that can't happen in the year of a pandemic.
That's where Saint John's Athletics and the Green Mill come together for the win! The partnership allows for us to maintain all social distancing and COVID food preparation sanitation standards, while providing a delicious meal.
We're even offering Green Mill's award-winning cheese pizza, in case your kids are like mine and think fish might be, well, fishy.
Please consider coming out and purchasing a meal, at what is our first (unexpected) fundraiser of the year that will directly support Saint John's School athletics registration fees and updates to uniforms. Check out the information below!
