I love this time of year at Saint John’s! Thanksgiving is behind us, Advent has begun, December starts tomorrow, and we amazingly only have three weeks left with our students this calendar year! There are no words to describe the way the halls at Saint John's come alive around Christmas. The chatter about gifts, questions regarding the chances of snow and singing at the Advent concert on December 2 are all examples of what truly is the most wonderful time of year. However, with this most wonderful time of year comes the cold outside. I have lived in Minnesota my entire life, and I can still be caught off guard with this cold weather! Thank you for remembering to send your students with coats, gloves, hats, etc.; whatever it takes to keep them warm, as we will be outside most days.
Speaking of time, registration for the 2022-23 school year is open. If you have a student currently enrolled in Saint John’s school, you automatically qualify for our Eagle Loyalty Program! See below for more details on the Eagle Loyalty Program.
As always, the staff at Saint John's would like to thank each of you for allowing us to be a part of your child's life. We are grateful to be able to share in the education of each of our students and look forward to the successful end of our first trimester on Dec 2! ____________________________ REGISTRATION INFORMATION:The 2022-2023 Saint John's enrollment window is open! If you have a student currently enrolled in Saint John’s school, you automatically qualify for our Eagle Loyalty Program! Since we already are nearly full in a few classrooms, we want to ensure our Eagle Loyalty (EL) students have the first opportunity to secure their spot for next year in their classroom before we accept new students. Therefore, if you enroll your EL student by December 2, 2021, your child’s spot in his/her class will be guaranteed. As of December 3, we will begin accepting new students for the 2022-2023 school year, which could mean they will procure your child's spot for next year, if you are not already enrolled. There will be a family enrollment fee, which will be assessed when the first child from each family enrolls. The Early Eagle Enrollment Fee is $125/family until January 28, 2022. As of January 29,2022, the Eagle Enrollment Fee increases to $250/family. So, you will save $125/family if you enroll before January 28, 2022. (If you have more than one student, you should only be assessed the enrollment fee on one child. If you get charged again for this, please reach out to Karla Schultz at [email protected], and she can work with you on correcting that.)
Emails were sent out last week to re-enroll your Eagle Loyalty students for the 2022-2023 school year. PLEASE DO NOT apply again through TADS for Eagle Loyalty students. (Please note: If you have students who will be new to the school next school year, you will have to first fill out an application for admissions. You will find that option in your TADS account. You will only need to do this for new students, your EL students will start at the enrollment step.) Please see HERE for more information on enrollment for 2022-2023.
Please feel free to reach out to Kathy LaCasse at [email protected] if you have any questions as you complete your enrollment for next year. ____________________________ Aim Higher Foundation - Application Now Open More Scholarships. More Students. Stronger Schools
