What a successful coursework pick-up day we’ve had! Thank you for the continued questions and feedback. It’s great to see the engagement our parents and staff have in our students’ lives.
Auction updates: A small group of Auction Committee members met via phone conference Monday night to discuss the status of this year’s auction. At this time, we have made the hard decision to postpone the auction until June. We will have much more information about this (including a Save the Date) in the coming days and weeks, but we want to highlight two things: 1) The auction is our primary annual fundraiser, and we have a goal of raising $50,000 this year. Your continued support is appreciated! 2) The Tuition Raffle will still be held at 8:00 p.m. April 24, 2020 per licensing requirements, so please purchase Raffle tickets! Specific instructions on how to do so in our “distancing scenario” will follow in the next day or so. As of right now, the Parish Office is still open on an abbreviated schedule and
does have tickets for sale! $25/ticket for a chance to win a full year’s tuition for 2020-2021.
Eagle Club childcare: For families of healthcare personnel, we have Eagle Club childcare available; however, we will need advance notice of your need of care. Since at this time we have had no requests, Eagle Club will not be open the rest of this week (through March 20). Please contact me no later than Friday, March 20, for any future care needs, as we have to assess and plan staffing accordingly.

Online or distance-learning requirements:
Please make sure to check in with your teachers. The teachers will be taking attendance daily starting
Monday, March 23, 2020. It is important to know, completing assignments and attendance is mandatory and does affect students’ grades.
Credits for missed extracurricular and Eagle Club: While our handbooks and extracurricular documentation generally states that semesters/seasons/childcare plans are paid in bulk and one-up absences or missed services due to weather or other non-school days are not refundable, we recognize we are in an unprecedented time. Given this, we are investigating what a partial credit toward next year’s services might look like. Included in these are Eagle Club childcare and dance. Unfortunately, due to the point in the sports seasons we are at, we will not be refunding winter sports at this time. We have checked with Karla in the Parish Office, and no spring sports have yet been charged, nor will they be until we know what the season might look like. We appreciate your patience and stay tuned!
