Bailey Frattalone

Welcome!
I could not imagine a better community to be surrounded by here at Saint Johns. The Saint John’s staff, parents and students are nothing but welcoming. I am filled with joy to be a part of this community.

Professional Background:
I am a graduate from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I am in the process of obtaining my masters in Reading Instruction through St. Thomas University.

Education Philosophy: 
I believe that each child is capable of learning and flourishing their individual abilities to lead them to be greater than they were yesterday. As humans I believe our mistakes are paths to growing us into something bigger and stronger. As an educator, I hold myself accountable for this. By allowing my students to understand mistakes are okay, they grow and develop into someone better then they were yesterday. My students learn from their mistakes and find a way to grow through these challenges they have faced, just like we do in life.
